Lechon Manock 鳥の丸焼き

This is one of our speciality. Letchon Manock. We grill whole chicken rolling on charcoal for around 2 hours with special fillings.

This is eaten in the Filippines for the special occations like Birthdays, Memorial days, and rewards for the hard work. Sharing a life with someone special to you makes the tie of people tighten.

We will teach you how to cook this and share the gift from the nature.

Mr. Hamish and his family tried this and enjoyed eating it with cold beer!!
