キャンセルの理由の如何によらず、準備や宿の確保のためのコストがかかっておりますので、ゲストハウスの維持のために、キャンセル料をお支払いいただきますよう、よろしくお願いします。

ゲストハウスイロンゴの利用規約
・このゲストハウスは、農林漁業体験型民宿（農家が運営する民宿のうち有効客室床面積33㎡未満、客室定員10名未満、家主居住型）として農林水産省より簡易宿所営業基準の緩和措置を受けた上で、保健所から営業許可を得て運営しています。
-Ongoing processing of business permit. It would be awarded on Feburuary. However, it is not guranteed. Althoug, we will accept inquiries, the reservation is not guranteed until the business permit is issued.
・農業や田舎暮らしの体験をされたい方、国際協力・地域活性化・森林育成などのボランティア活動に関わりたい方のための宿泊施設です。
-This accomodation is for the people who are interested in farm life, country life, Japanese lifestyle, or who wish to do volunteer work, international cooperation, community development, forest management.
・周辺の住民の迷惑にならないように、騒音防止及びゴミの分別にご協力ください。
-Please consider that there are people living around the guest house. Prevent emitting laud sound, and cooperate for proper sigligation.
・小さい子供がいるので、チェックインは夜9時まで、消灯は夜10時とさせていただきます。10時以降はお静かにお願いします。
-Since we have small children, we limit check in time until ９pm and we turn off light at 10pm. Please keep quiet after 10pm.
・運営は個人で行っておりますので、サービスに関しては至らない点が多いかと思いますが、ご了承ください。
-We manage this business by ourselves. We do our best to welcome and accommodate you, however, please be reminded that we may not be able to satisfy all of your expectations.
・宿泊費を安く抑え、次にご利用される方が気持ちよく使えるよう、お帰りの前に清掃・片付け等、皆様のご協力をお願いします。
-We are offering you the minimum rate for the accommodation. So that the next guests can enjoy the same rate and the same confirt, please practice clean as you go.
・チェックアウトの際は、肌に触れたシーツおよび枕カバーを外してください。
-Please detach bed sheets, futon covers, and pillow cases upon check out.
・ゴミ減量のためアメニティーは最低限のものとなっております。各自、必要な日用品は、お気に入りのものをお持ちいただきますよう、ご協力をお願いします。
-To reduce the garbage, we provide only minimun amenities. Please bring your favorite daily needs.
・屋内は禁煙となっております。喫煙は、所定の場所で行っていただき、火の始末には十分ご注意ください。
-Non-smoking inside the building. Please smoke at the disignated smoking area and make sure to kill the fire.
・各部屋には鍵のかかる金庫がありますが、貴重品の管理は個人の責任にてお願いいたします。
-There are safety boxes in the rooms. However, please keep your personal valuables under your own responsibility.
・宿泊でご利用の方は、宿泊者名簿にご記入いただきます。なお、日本国の法令に基づき、日本国内に住所を持たない外国人の方はパスポートのコピーをとらせていただきます。いただいた個人情報は、厳重に管理し、ゲストハウスイロンゴからのご連絡以外には使用しません。
-Overnight guest must sign up the guest book. The foregin guests who has no regidential address in Japan are required to submit a copy of passport under the law of Japan.
・館内には、立ち入り禁止の場所があります。プライベートなスペースですので、どうぞお立ち入りなさらぬようお願いいたします。
-There are off limits (restricted area) in the building. Please do not enter our private space.
・共同スペースにあるものを壊されたり、なくされたりされた場合及びお客様の不注意が原因の火事・水漏れによる損害を被った場合は、法令に基づき賠償をお願いする場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
-In case you break or lost our property or damage our property by causing fires or water leakage, we demand satisfaction under the law of Japan.
・地震・洪水・火災などの災害に対しては、できる限りの対策をしておりますが、お客様自身で避難経路を確認いただき、非常事態においては、自己責任にて対応のほどよろしくお願いします。
-We have disaster prevention schemes. However, in preparation for natural disaster, such as earhquake, flood, wild fire, please check the emergency exit. In the emargency occation, please keep your safety by yourself.
